Midleton Distilery, Cork (IE) - 2012 - In partnership with Montelektro (Croatia), one of the biggest automation companies for beer brewing industry, and Meura, we commissioned a new brewhouse line at Jameson distillery in Midleton, Ireland. HMI part of the project was done on Wonderware InTouch and software was written for Rockwell PLC.
Heineken Brewery, Manchester (UK) -2013 to 2016 - This long lasting project consisted of automating and commissioning new parts of the brewery (24 new fermentation vessels, 6 new yeast tanks, two new Meura mash filters...) and transferring the existing parts of the brewery to the new system which was PoLeit Brewmaxx on, in total, twelve Rockwell 1756-L74 PLCs. This project was done in cooperation with Montelektro (Croatia) and as a subcontractor for GEA UK.
Heineken Brewery, Ponta Grossa (Brazil) - 2015 to 2017 - The project consisted of automating and commissioning new parts of the brewery (new Krones lauter tun, Krones filter, new Horap and vertical fermentation vessels, new yeast cellar, new cold block CIP station...) and transferring the existing parts of the brewery to the new system, ProLeit Brewmaxx, on Rockwell 1756-L74 PLCs. This project was done in cooperation with Montelektro (Croatia) and as a subcontractor for Krones AG.
